The InsideTheHall community owes a debt of gratitude to both Aradus 2 for overseeing this contest for nine years, after Alex Bozich set up the original contest on which this contest is based! I took over for the '24-'25 season.
If you have questions about how this contest works, read below. In particular, use this link to get an in-depth look at how PointToClick points are generated for each game. If you still have questions, click here to email me.
Here is an overview of how the tournament works. Each game, you will be given 3-4 combinations of players from which to choose. Your job is to use the Inside The Hall members' website to pick the player combination that will generate the most Pick to Click (PTC) points, according to the following formula:
2 PTC points for each rebound
2 PTC points for each assist
1 PTC points for each steal
1 PTC points for each block
-2 PTC points for each turnover
2 PTC points for each point scored

If you make a pick and then change your mind before tipoff, no problem. Just make another pick, and your latest pick choice will be used, as long as it occurs before tipoff. Understand that, to be fair to everyone, we must strictly enforce the rule regarding only allowing picks made by tipoff.
After each game, your earned PTC points will be added to your season total. If you miss a game, you'll automatically be awarded the lowest PTC points available for that game, so you'll still have a chance to compete.
The person with the most PTC points at the end of the regular season is the winner. However, it's important to start as close to the beginning of the season as possible to maximize your points, so try to start with the first game of the season. There will be a second contest involving post-regular-season games, which will include the game(s) of the B1G tournament and any other post-season tournament in which IU participates (e.g., NCAA or NIT).
